Large-size Secondary Battery Charge/Discharge Testing Systems

This system is used for battery charge/discharge testing and evaluation for the characteristics and lifetime tests of the secondary battery such as nickel hydrogen battery. In combination with the charger/discharger and instrumentation system, this testing system supports development of batteries and their applied products which are continuously improved..

Combined use of high-performance power element (IGBT) and 32-bit microcomputer achieves high voltage, large capacity, and high performance sufficient for EV/HEV battery test.


 
Effective for Energy Saving
 
High efficiency and high power factor are provided in addition to the power regeneration function for the commercial power supply, effective for energy saving.


 
Excellent Expandability
 
Systems can be flexibly configured in a range from small capacity to large capacity. Parallel operation is also possible facilitating expansion of the output volume.


 
Excellent Operability
 
All settings are made on the Windows NT PC, providing excellent operability and enhanced functions.
