Innumerable areas of high environmental
sensitivity exist in a modern city including offices, manufacturing plants,
hotels, hospitals, and shopping malls. In particular, the "clean-room" of
a semiconductor plant essentially requires more rigorous ambient control.
Its micro-processing technology demands air of specified cleanliness, temperature,
and humidity. Our automatic air control system has been proven successful
in this field. In addition to this automatic air-conditioning system, we
offer an integrated building management system for distributed control/centralized
management of building facilities such as power receivers/transformers,
elevators, air-conditioners, lights, and disaster response equipment, as
an integrated package that includes planning, design, and installation. More than mere equipment automation, we also establish "building management systems" which configure energy data, measurement data, and equipment operation log information into database and use them for efficient management and operation of the entire building. Another of our aims is the development of a high value-added information system with a management and operation target ranging from life care of the entire building space to support for the entire building management business. |

Temperature control with fine precision of +/-0.1 deg.C As a semiconductor has higher density, the clean-room requires the automatic air-conditioning system to have more precision. In the semiconductor manufacturing process writing circuits with precision in units of submicron, even a slight temperature fluctuation adversely affects the product quality. It is thus necessary to control the temperature on the level of +/-0.1 deg.C as well as strictly maintaining the dust-free condition. We have extensive experience in the automatic control of air-conditioning in the clean-room of the Toshiba semiconductor plants and have accumulated the know-how of the most advanced control technologies. Integration of IT and control networks under open system policy. We are promoting integration and open application of the control network system "LON," which was developed by Echelon and fabricated/sold by Toshiba, and the IT network represented by Internet. From actuators to monitoring, control, and information processing units as well as interior sensors, we recommend and furnish a "total building automation system" optimum in the Internet age that can satisfy your latest needs. |
