Confirmation Items


	Your request will be treated strictly confidentially. All your samples, test result images and other property will be returned to you. (If you desire return by transportation, input your address correctly in the request form.)
	Customer witnessing will be required on important tests and tests of samples where test locations cannot be specified easily, in order that tests are conducted so as to meet the precise requests of the customer.
	We solicit your request for a test by completing all the required columns in the "Request for Test" form.
	TOSHIBA IT & CONTROL SYSTEMS will invoice the customer for test fees based on test results after conducting tests.

Please understand that the test range will differ in accordance with the test system or unit that will be available at time of test.
