Battery Inspection system (X's-BT Series)

Winding mis-alignments between positive and negative electrodes of batteries of all shapes are automatically measured by image processing to segregate batteries into non-defective and defective units. Batteries are unloaded from upstream lines, are inspected and are sent on to downstream process depending on results of automatic decision.

Aluminum Wheel Inspection System (TOSRAY-100HS Series)

Aluminum wheels produced by casting machines are transported by a conveyer for inspection of cavities and cracks. Automatically recognizing aluminum wheel sizes, wheels can be inspected under conditions required for different sizes.
Wheel sizes 13 to 20" can be inspected.
Stable inspection through teaching and storing of inspection conditions for each product type.
All portions of discs, rims and ribs can be inspected.
